Our Community Partners

ABOUT US

Liaise with our community to identify ongoing and changing gaps in provision in order that we may offer support where possible.

Started to facilitate a year-round programme for pre-school and school-age children, including music, movement, and dance, and indoor soft play sessions.

Partner with the IOM Arts Council to access their subsidised ticket scheme for DESC-sponsored shows and events on behalf of our member families, making the arts truly accessible.

Provide and facilitate social, recreational and health-outcome based activities for adults with learning disabilities, including arts and crafts, sound therapy, Paracise, and outdoor activities.

Offer year-round school holiday activity schemes, including a varied range of accessible activities (animal therapy, Lego club, outdoor adventure playtime, carriage driving, sensory swim sessions, indoor soft play sessions, sailing, playground meet-ups.)
